Please read Vherkudara’s terms and conditions carefully. We also remind you that we can’t refund your money if you cancelled your order after the payment. For that reason, make sure to check your ordered items before the payment.

  1. Sign Up

    First thing first, to make the purchasing process comes easier, we recommend you to sign up on our website. You can follow the steps of signing up that already appear on the first page.
  2. Pricing

    Every transactions at our stores are only allowed in Indonesian Rupiah. All prices may subject to change without prior notice.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights

    Please note that anything referred to Vherkudara (products, videos, images, logos) are officially protected under the law of intellectual property rights of Indonesia. All prohibited actions such as reproduction, modification, imitating will be subjected to punishment.
  4. Payment

After your order has been placed, you can directly complete your payment via bank transfer to our official bank account as written above. Do not forget to confirm to our customer service by sending your proof of payment. We will confirm your payment in 24 hours.

Your ordered item will be shipped on the same day when your payment confirmation is completed before 1 PM. But, if your payment confirmation is made after 1 PM, your ordered item will be shipped on the next day.

  1. Shipping

We only offer the shipping service for around Indonesia. In this service, we are cooperated with JNT to deliver our products to your door.

The shipping charge will be automatically added in your final payment. As our extra benefit, we provide a FREE shipping charge to you who located in Java and Bali Island.

The tracking number will be sent to you if you’ve completed the payment confirmation to our customer service.

  1. Return and Exchange

If you feel uncomfortable with your ordered item, you can return it to us in maximum 7 days after the product usage and we will replace it with the suitable one.

If you find any defects/damage in our product in 3 months after the product usage, you can confirm to our customer service by sending the proof of defect. We will check the defect, and your eyeglasses will be exchanged into a new one.

We also give you our one-year warranty. If there’s a trouble happens in the eyewear’s materials during the product usage in the maximum period of one year, we will replace the defective part with the new one.

Here, let us remind you once again that we don’t receive all complaints including refund or return for wrong purchase of size. To prevent the wrong size, we recommend you to see our size chart before placing your order.
